It was a huge challenge for us because even a single step in the wrong direction can mess things up significantly so we needed to be very careful with our branding and message. We needed a way to gently steer our team towards our new vision without making it feel forced. The backpack idea was genius. Not only did our team love them, but the inside imprint made sure our new direction was always top of mind. Now, our folks talk about our company's goals just the way we hoped.
