We consolidate all sponsor and exhibitor products and deliver them together in one truck, either during setup or a day or two in advance, ensuring everything arrives on time and is distributed directly to the venue or exhibitor booths.

Rebates are processed after the event has completed. You can choose to receive your rebate as direct payment or store credit toward your own future orders.

Do you work with international events or sponsors?

Yes—we support global shipping and fulfillment, including direct-to-attendee delivery for hybrid or virtual events.

What support do sponsors get after ordering?

We handle everything—from artwork approval to delivery tracking. Sponsors also get dedicated account support to ensure their swag is exactly as expected.

Do you offer post-event services?

Yes. We offer post-event warehousing and fulfillment, so leftover products can be shipped to customers, team members, or saved for future events.
