Gusset & Handle Decorating does not qualify for one day turn. The bag is flared at the top and 19.5'' wide when laid flat or when not fully stuffed. The bottom is 12'' in width or when the bag is fully stuffed. Polypropylene is recyclable with #5 plastics, please check with your local municipalities for specific rules and regulations.
