Determining the Size of Your Print Stitch Patches
To determine the size of your print stitch patches use the following formula:
Size = (Width + Height) / 2
Patch Size Limits
Area: Minimum 1" x 1" (±1 mm), Maximum 12" x 12" (±1 mm)
Note: Maximum size for Hook & Loop Backing is 4" x 4".
Border
Overlock border is 4mm +/- 1mm.
Minimum Size for Text
Embroidered Text - The text must be at least 4mm in height and 1mm in column width.
Sublimated text - 1.6 mm height.
Color Options
Embroidery - Your design can include up to 6 different thread colors, including the border.
