Sample Pricing
Sample pricing depends on the unit price of the product:
Products under $15: The sample itself is free — you only pay the flat shipping fee.
Products between $15–$25: You pay 50% of the unit price, plus shipping.
Products above $25: You pay 75% of the unit price, plus shipping.
For products under $15, you can order samples directly on our website using the "Order a Sample" button on the product page. The sample is free — you only pay the flat shipping fee.
For products under $15, each additional sample added to your order increases the shipping charge by 45%. For example, if the flat shipping rate is $16.30 CAD, two samples would cost $23.64 in shipping.
For products $15 and above, each sample is priced individually at the applicable rate plus shipping.
Shipping
We charge a flat shipping rate for all sample orders:
Canada: $16.30 CAD
United States: $15.00 USD
Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if you place a bulk order of $2,500 or more, the sample shipping cost will be applied as a credit toward your bulk order.
Please note this is a credit, not a refund — it is deducted from the total of your bulk order.
If your bulk order totals $2,500 or more, we will apply your original sample shipping cost as a credit to the bulk order total. For example, if your sample shipping was $16.30 CAD, that amount will be deducted from your bulk order.
Returns & Credits
Yes. For products priced at $15 or above, you may return the sample within 30 days to receive a credit toward a future order.
Free samples (products under $15) are not eligible for returns.
For samples with a unit price above $75, we offer a full refund (not just a credit) if the product is returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
A credit is applied toward a future or current order with us — it is not returned to your original payment method.
A refund is returned directly to your payment method.
Most sample returns result in a credit. The exception is samples over $75, which qualify for a full refund when returned in original condition within 30 days.
You have 30 days from the date you receive the sample to initiate a return. The sample must be in its original condition. After 30 days, returns are no longer accepted.
Bulk Orders
Yes. If your bulk order totals $2,500 or more, we will apply your sample shipping cost as a credit to the bulk order. This helps offset the cost of evaluating products before committing to a larger purchase.
The $2,500 minimum refers to the order subtotal before taxes and additional fees. Please contact our sales team if you have questions about whether your order qualifies.
