Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Item:

Claims to be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving the item.

Misspelled Item

Please reach out to us within 2 hours of ordering for any misspellings on your end for correction. Once the item is in production, no refund or exchange will be provided.

Wrong Address

If wrong address is provided by you then you will be have to repay for the reshipping. Otherwise, it's us! :) 

Unclaimed at Your Address

If the items returns back unclaimed from your address then you will have to repay for the reshipping. 

Wrong Size

Please throughly review our size guide on every product page. We follow the industry standard sizes and it's extremely rare that our customers have issues with the size. No size exchanges or returns would be offered since the products are printed and personalized just for you! :) 

Shipment Delays

We try our best to print/product your products on the same day as you order and ship them by the next day. For shipping, we use UPS, FexEx, Purolator, and other well known shippers. However, there could always be delays due to numerous reasons; thus, for delays in-transit, we are not responsible. That said, 99.78% of our orders get shipped within the estimated shipment time mentioned on our products page! :)  

Moreover...

The returned items are DONATED to a charity of your choice. Moreover, damaged apparel are donated to animal shelters who can use them for their needs.

We will provide you a return shipment label of USPS or other shipper that's convenient for you.

Drop the item at the designated shipper's (the one whose shipment label is provided) location.  

Note: We will start the refund or exchange process after we have received the returned item and have verified the issue.

Official Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by clicking here or using the chatbox on the bottom of your screen.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide when you reach out to us for a return/refund request.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
