How to Refund or Return an Item Hassle Free

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Item

Claims to be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving the item.

Misspelled Item

Please reach out to us within 2 hours of ordering for any misspellings on your end for correction. Once the item is in production, no refund or exchange will be provided.

Wrong Address

If wrong address is provided by you then you will be have to repay for the reshipping. Otherwise, it's on us! :) 

Unclaimed at Your Address

If the items returns back unclaimed from your address then you will have to repay for the reshipping. 

Wrong Size

Please throughly review our size guide on every product page. We follow the industry standard sizes and it's extremely rare that our customers have issues with the size. No size exchanges or returns would be offered since the products are printed and personalized just for you! :) 

Shipment Delays

We try our best to print/product your products on the same day as you order and ship them by the next day. For shipping, we use UPS, FexEx, Purolator, and other well known carriers. However, there could always be delays due to numerous reasons; thus, for delays in-transit, we are not responsible. That said, 99.78% of our orders get shipped within the estimated shipment time mentioned on our products page! :)

Giving Something Back...

The returned items are donated to a charity of your choice, and any damaged apparel will be donated to animal shelters for their needs. The charity options will be provided to you when you contact us for an item return.

We do not mislead the customers into thinking we’re sustainable—aka greenwashing—we strive for a sustainable and greener environment through our actions, products, and recycling. Read below to see the steps we take to ensure a greener environment.

It starts with choosing the right partners 

Environment is a big deciding factor when we choose the products and their suppliers. Thus, to date, we have only found over 500 items that we deem green enough to put our stamp on. We choose the greenest and most sustainably-produced products in the world. No company can pay to be our partner.   

Let us prove the above

For instance, Bella & Canvas - our major production partner has invested heavily in manufacturing our products the most environmentally-efficient way as possible. Moreover, our team of auditors and environment experts keep paying surprise visits to their LA and South American production plants to make sure our standards don't slip. The following three factors are audited:

WATER REDUCTION

By using newer, more efficient dye machines, we use 7x less water than the average for clothing manufacturers, saving 24 million gallons a week. Any water we do use goes through a filtration system that allows it to be recycled.

ENERGY REDUCTION

We are a green company through and through - taking every opportunity we can to reduce our co2 emissions. If you take a quick tour around our headquarters you'll find we use solar energy to power our sewing and cutting facilities, motion-sensor LED lighting and skylights throughout each building, and electric car charging stations to encourage employees to go green.

VIRTUALLY ZERO WASTE

Our manufacturing facilities and LA Headquarters produce almost no landfill because we recycle pretty much everything that can't be turned into a tee. We've optimized our cutting to reduce plastic use, and excess fabric is recycled into a number of things like baby bibs or stuffing for upholstery. Let nothing go to waste! :)

This lets us avoid overproduction—excess items that don’t get sold and have to be thrown out or burned, which several retail giants do. With 92 million tons of textile going to waste in the fashion industry each year, a business model like this is a game changer.

Our equipment is also eco-friendly 

We’ve invested $27 million in state-of-the-art printing equipment. Also, we’re proud to partner with the specialists of DTG printing, Kornit. Thanks to their commitment to and efforts in sustainability, Kornit printers produce almost zero wastewater and use less energy, lowering our carbon footprint.

Our facilities themselves are Class A certified for sustainability:

We recycle (paper, cardboard, plastic, and batteries), and use energy-efficient LED lights in our offices and fulfillment centers, and we’re always looking for new ways to save energy. For instance, last year we moved our European production facility to a Class A building that’s built using the latest technologies to eliminate any energy waste.
