Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done? Yes, but only until your product isn't in production which is usually within 2 hours of when you ordered. Once, your product is produced, we can't make any changes. Changes to shipping address, however, can still be made unless the product is shipped. Can a loyal customer get a discount? - Yes, of course. We send timely emails to our loyal customers with discount codes and exclusive offers. However, if you'd like to order something and don't have any offer, please reach out to us by clicking here.
Can the seller send you product test samples? - No, we don't send any samples at the moment.
How can an order be cancelled? - An order may be canceled until it reaches the production stage. If it is already in production or is past the production state, the order cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, simply go to your account, check the status and hit the cancel button. OR Reach us out by clicking here.
If an order is shipped, separately will there be double shipping charge? - ALL THE SHIPPING IS FREE! :)
Customs fees and/or taxes for international orders. - We take care of all these fees. For you, what you see at the checkout page is final! :)
